Lightweight and uniquely comfortable, Stimulite® honeycomb is featured in Boeing’s new 787 Dreamliner’s crewrest mattresses providing the ultimate rest and relaxation for crew.

Stimulite seating and sleep surfaces redistribute pressure throughout their bare honeycomb matrix. Elongated hexagons with alternating thick- and thin-walled cells flex when compressed, radiating outward to surround and support the body like buttresses, providing excellent stability. A lightweight, anisotropic structure, Stimulite seating and sleep surfaces are approximately 93% open space. A unique ventilation system of micro-perforated cells circulate air both horizontally and vertically to control heat and moisture. Available in a variety of soft to firm, single- and multi-layer configurations that can be customized to your specifications.

Construction: fusion-bonded elastomeric honeycomb (no adhesives or solvents)

Service Temperature: ^oF -65 to 250
